Nine years later, Jay is arguably Atlantic Canada’s most prominent and widely known DJ, continuing to share his talents with electronic dance music enthusiasts and clubbers across the nation. A true veteran performer with 15 years of experience behind the decks, Jay has kept his style fresh by playing a diverse music selection and infusing his sets with tracks of his own production. Jay’s skills as a performer, producer and crowd-pleaser have won him A-list bookings alongside some of the world’s most revered DJs.

Through his journey from humble mid-western beginnings in Canada’s prairie party scene (Connect Festival Parties) to critical acclaim in the East, Jay has cultivated a sound which always keeps dance floors packed to capacity. At the age of 17 Chris Cogswell bought his first set of turntables and spent many nights perfecting his dj skills. By the age 18 Cogswell C was born with his first show at the Party House which became his first residencey with a biweekly Trance show. As the years moved on so did Cogswell and his styles of music. Now he is known to be playing many different genres across the board, anything from Proggy Hard Trance to Chuggy Electro Hardhouse, bangin' off the wall NRG, Slamin' Techno or Pumpin' Uk Hardhouse. He can also be spotted dropping Dirty D&B from time to time. Cogswell's diversity and prime technical skills have won him shows playing from the Maritimes to Alberta. Now holding residence with Bedlam Entertainment, Break Beat Elite and Ew (Calgary). His 8 years of devotion to the music has brought him to many of Halifax's biggest clubs such as Reflections, Club Rain, Embassy, Subrosa and Diamonds. Being voted the #1 Trance Dj in the Maritimes has given him the opportunity to play along side such Dj's as Marty McFly, Jr.Sanchez and the worlds #1 Trance and Tribal Dj Paul Mendez. Cogswell's flawless mixing and agressive stage presence are rivaled only by his love of the music.

Logan Hudak is a familiar name in Canada's East Coast Dj Scene. The driving force behind countless techno, tech house, electro and funk nights in Halifax Nova Scotia and the surrounding areas, Logan is dedicated to shaking dancefloors. Touring through out the maritime provinces to perform at new and established club nights, venues and private parties has taught Logan the skills he needs to rock the house. A true student of dancefloor dynamics, his sets are based around tough techno beats and basslines mixed up with the overwhelming electro sounds of today, the in your face punch of a solid break beat and the eerie surroundings of pulsing minimal. His creativity, energy and true love for music and the language of dance comes through loud and clear at every performance. As the creator of SYSTEM INTERFERENCE bookings and promotions, Logan has been carving out his niche in Canadas East Coast music scene for almost 10 years now. Born in the backwoods of Cape Breton, a small island off the coast of Nova Scotia, DVD (aka Dave Mackenzie) brings the same passion and energy to his music that he does to life. He specializes in extremes - dark and funky, black and white, good and evil. This intoxicating blend of house and breaks will take you on a rollercoaster ride leaving you a little dazed, confused, and physically and mentally exhausted.
DVD’s musical journey begins like so many do, in his youth. His first gig was playing cassette tapes for a school dance at the tender age of 13 where he rocked his first crowd and many, many more. In fact he soon branched out and began blowing up venues all over the lower coast of Cape Breton and the mainland of Nova Scotia. In the summer of 1998 he traded in his minidics and cassettes and bought his first pair of turntables, diving headlong into the seedy world of electronic music. He hasn’t looked back since.
A residency with Underdog Productions - the hottest production company in Halifax - and a member of the EvolveTribe, DVD has played alongside legends like Meat Katie, Dylan Rhymes, Lee Coombs, Ali B, Mark Farina, Stacy Kidd, Doc Martin and Rennie Pilgrim. An no one has forgotten the massive opening set laid down before DJ Dan and Donald Glaude in April 2008. Be it a crowd of thousands or just 1 DVD is sure to delight and amaze as he brings a little something for everyone.

D Dub brings his love of reggae and hip hop and combines them with dark, malicious basslines when he steps up to the 1’s and 2’s. A relative newcommer to the Halifax scene, but has already established his rep with the underground bass culture rinsing sets of Dubstep, Drum & Bass, & Breaks. He is the mastermind behind the Dubwize Collective, bringing the growing genre of dubstep to the Halifax massive, and now a full time member of the Full Circle Crew.

After years of "raving" in its hayday, clubbing and experimenting with a lowend keyboard, he decided to fork over the cash to get some actual gear and ammo. Soon the hypnotic call of his vile mistress came to him…this being drum&bass…
Thanks to the help of the Break Beat Elite, Moldylox broke into the world in 2005 with his drilling basslines and jagged drumbeats that cut with an edge that is not to be missed…
After only 5 year Moldylox has been on the same lineup as the UK's J-Bass, the Phat Conductor, Misstress Barabara, JR Sanchez,Freaky Flow, Dj Muffler and Original Sin. After claiming 1st place in the East Coast Groove Music Award for best local dnb DJ of 2007 and 3rd place in the 2008 Atlantic DJ Olympics for dnb catergory ,this eager junglist soldier has become one of the east coast's most sought after drum&bass DJ's.
You can catch Moldylox live at Halifield's 2 year anniversary party on Jan 14th 2010 at the Paragon Theatre and again at the all ages rave "Skreet Knowledge" at the Spryfield Lions Rink on Jan 30th 2010.
